1. Who can play

You must be 18 or older and live in India. One account per person.

2. Coins have no cash value

Coins are a virtual item for entertainment. They can't be withdrawn, sold, transferred to another player or exchanged for money, goods or services. Shuffle Arena is not a real-money game and offers no cash prizes.

3. Buying coins

Coin packs are a one-time purchase of virtual items, priced in rupees including 18% GST. Payments are made by UPI to the account shown at checkout and are confirmed automatically from the bank's payment alert. Purchases are final once coins are added, except where the law requires a refund. If you were charged but didn't receive coins, contact support with your order ID; failed payments are refunded by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. Purchases are limited per day.

4. Fair play

The ball positions and shuffle for every round are decided on our server before the round starts and are never changed after you pick. Using bots, modified apps, multiple accounts or exploits to gain coins leads to a ban and removal of coins.

5. Rewards

Daily spins, rewarded ads, referral and level bonuses can be changed or ended at any time. Referral rewards need the friend to be a new player who plays the required rounds.

6. Your account

You can delete your account any time from Profile → Delete account. Deleted coins are not refunded. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
