Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026. This explains what Shuffle Arena collects and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your mobile number and a securely hashed PIN, used only to log you in.
• Your player name and avatar choice.
• Game activity: rounds, coins, purchases and rewards, so your wallet and leaderboard work.
• UPI payment references (order code, amount and UPI reference number) and any payment screenshot you choose to upload. We never see your UPI PIN or bank login.

Who we share it with

• Our own server in Mumbai, India (Hostinger), which stores your account and game data.

We don't sell your data. Your player name and level appear on the public leaderboard.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Payment records are kept for 8 years where tax law requires.

Your rights

You can see your data in the app, change your name, and delete your account from Profile → Delete account. To ask for a copy of your data or raise a grievance, email the support address in the app; we reply within 30 days.

Children

The app is for adults 18+. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
